Sir;
It's possible to find another Ruger cylinder that will "interchange" but that doesn't mean it will work. You would need to send it back to Ruger and see if even they would fit another cylinder. End shake, headspace and cylinder gap would need to be set - it's not interchangeable!

They are NOT interchangeable. They might go together just fine, but don't fire them.

Short NONE.

Even from the same model you still have to time the cylinder.
