Shotgun leather double speed loader

Has anyone seen the leather double speed loader. I saw an advertisement in a magazine but I can't find this anywhere. Basically this is a shotgun shell holder bag the destributes two shotguns shells at a time through an opening at the bottom and is gravity fed. Please let me know if you know where to find this...

Shooting Sportsman, the issue with the pretty duck hunter on the cover.

Did you note the price? $400 is a bit steep.
