should we have to have a permit for concealed
carry ? i mean this is America right like the America Geroge Washington and Ben Franklin founded?
i believe we should start taking care of our rights and freedoms better and stop living scared and taken care of... |

yes, we should. If we didn't, how would we be able to arrest criminals that conceal weapons everyday? EVERYONE would be carrying a concealed weapon, and there would be no law to stop a scumbag from carrying a handgun opposed to an honest law abiding citizen.
CCW is a privilege, not a right. Could be worse, they could say NO ONE CCW's anymore. How about that? If you have to go through a background check and a class to get a permit to CCW, then that just shows that you're NOT one of the criminals that we're carrying to protect ourselves from. After all, things have changed quite a bit since the 1700's
