Along with my C&R lic. came a note stating they were out of form P5300.4. Please re-order. Got online to order but can't find this #. Closest to it is 5300.42 (secure storage) Is this the same form? Could call but it's Fri. night on a 3 day weekend.

5300.4 is the Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide. It is one of the books that they send with the C&R license.

It is not a form that needs to be filled out.
