Rich, you might be interested in this comparison of BB software. I've heard good things about vBulletin, though I have no experience with it, except as a forum member.
The one place I know of for sure using it is here. Another board I am a member of is considering the switch as well. You can read the thread here. As I said, I have no personal experience with setting up/running a board, but thought you might be interested. hth Bimjo |

We're actually looking at it ourselves - UBB is dragging it's heels about switching to a db backend - hopefully a version of it iwll be out in the next month or so, but they are saying "Summer 2000" - which probably means fall.
