Need Revolver Trigger Jobs in California
Would like to find really good gunsmith for trigger jobs on my Smith revolvers here in California - southern or central. I would drive the guns to the shop and pick them up. Would appreciate any recommendations anyone might have. Thanks.

Smith trigger
Sir;
If these Smiths are unaltered and no one has messed with them why change the triggers? Smith has the finest trigger pull in the world - I wouldn't change them. Maybe I don't understand the issue. Harry B. |

I'd like to get the equivalent of the action job that Smith and Wesson advertises. The Performance Center does it. I would send them to Smith for the work, except for the shipping expense. Hope to get it done closer to home. There are J-frames (442, 640-1, 640-3, 340PD) and some N-frames.
Many thanks. |

A google search finds a D&T Custom Gun works in Shafter, 818-244-6284. He does S&W action work, and some pretty gucci long range rifles from the look of things. I've never heard of him, but his work looks decent.

Randy Lee at Apex Tactical in Baywood Park has a good Internet Reputation.
I have NOT done business with him, have just seen that he is a crony of Sig-Sauer guru Bruce Gray. |
