Rich, would you consider adding a section on the Links page for ammunition sources? I find that target and reload ammo is fairly straightforward to acquire, but really good personal defense ammunition, at reasonable prices, can be a real challenge.

I've found a few good places through TFL, but sometimes I still get stumped. It appears to me that some companies must be dealers for a specific ammo (meaning they get great prices, have a great selection, etc.), and they might carry other ammo but the selection and prices aren't as good. For example, oddly enough, the best place to buy Federal ammo in Arizona is apparently J&G Sales up in Prescott, about 2 hours NW of Phoenix. Took me a while to determine that fact.

So, if members know of excellent Internet sources for ammunition, perhaps we could begin to list them, along with their specialities (reloads, Federal, Remington, CCI/Speer, Cor-Bon, ....). Certainly it may change from time to time, but it appears that many of these distribution companies have long-term relationships with their ammo suppliers.

Just a thought. Thanks.

Jeff-
If you have a real good source, I'll add it to the links....email me. If others indicate interest thru this thread, we'll create a separate section.
Rich
