Well I'm about to get this rifle for $280...just tell me: Is it a good choice?

I have the BTVS version, the laminated thumb hole rifle, with a BSA Sweet 17 on it. Its a tack driver and hell on the critters in the garden. I love shooting over "bait".

I have had a BVSS since Feb, it is seriously a fun accurate gun, does nto cost too much to shoot. I am going to pick up a 22 from savage just for plinking as well since I was so satsified with mine. I put on a 4-12 VXII AO, and wouldnt change a thing. I buy the ammo in bulk to help save a little. I can find the Hor 17gr VMax 500rd for just under 100. I bought 3000 rd last time, going to pick up another 3-4K this month.
