Tried the url still dont work, cant paste pic on the thread or post. So how do you load pics to come up on your page without clicking it to view?

Upload your pics to photobucket. Copy the image tag at the bottom of the pic you want to post and paste it in with your message text.

You can use any you want. Most ISPs give you space that you can upload to with simple software. Of course it's wise to reduce picture size and quality so that the picture doesn't take forever to download. The picture below was uploaded to web space my ISP gives its customers.

I find that Imageshack.us works the best. No membership required and it's easy to use.
