John wayne yellow
I bought a pair of "John Wayne" yellow grips for my Scofield (reproduction) handgun. The owner had me trace the grips and send the drawing to him. He made a great set(artificial) of grips for me. It was he and his wife and/or daughter who did the business.
MY PROBLEM: I cannot find the ad nor the invoice for the grips and I want a set for my Ruger. Does any of this sound familar to any of you? If so please give me an address or better his phone # so I can call him. Thanks in advance |

There's plenty of places that make yellowed grips but this is the only one I could find that advertises John Wayne yellow.
