ivillage.com, a major supporter of the MMM, opened up a forum for women to post their feelings on the march.

Big mistake.

Over 20 pages of comments, 85% pro-gun!
If you have been feeling discouraged lately, carve out a little time to read these posts. These women are savvy, and the anti's really are looking stupid.

My wife (I'm very proud) has a post on page 20 under the name "dani4018".

Here is the link. Enjoy!

I gave 'em this to consider:

I'll surrender my 2A rights--

Here's my question o' the day for them...
I will listen to what supporters of the MMM are saying if they can answer some simple questions. (Of course this will never happen, cause they're just too full of crap.) 1) How is my registering my guns with the gov't going to keep criminals from obtaing guns? 2) What new "sensible" gun law, that's different from the 20,000+ "sensible" gun laws we have already, is going to stop shootings in public, criminials from robbing you at gunpoint and/or killing you, criminals from getting illegal firearms? I'm curious to hear someone's response to this. It's easy to stand there and go "We need to do something", but do you have an answer that makes sense?

mjsarge, don't understand how liscensing you and registering your guns will stop crime? Well I don't understand it either and no anti can give you a reason other than it makes gun owners 'accountable'. Yes once again their answer is to harass the law abiding gun owner and empower the criminal. As far as the 20K + gun laws are concerned, this is kind of like the mechanic that doensn't know what is wrong with your car so he just keeps throwing parts at it in hopes that one of them will fix the problem. The antis don't really understand (or just refuse to recognize) the problem (it is social for sure) and their approach is just throw more laws at it and hope for the best.

Bullseye-
I know what you mean. I've never gotten a straight answer from an anti on anything. All you ever get is the same tragedy-pimping, cry-baby rhoetic. Screw em. I'll show my support for them by buying a gun today.
