CCI blaser brass 230 fmj is around $9.20 for 50 @ walmart...functions great... great accuracy for training ammo.

WWB is also good but priced higher at $26 for 100.00

Remington UMC has been good for me as well, but for some reason everytime I find it, it's priced around the same as Remington premium JHP Ammo.... weird.

Federal American Eagle is good too, just can hardly ever find it here. (northwest ARk)

Blazer brass is the cheapest where I live. It is good quality ammo. Personaly I use my reloads loaded with lead bullets. I use hard cast such as Shooters Choice or Laser Cast bullets. They are hard and I have been able to shoot them very fast with no leading problems. IIRC the Laser Cast have a Brinell Hardness of 24.

CCI Blazer alluminum is the cheapest .45 ammo I've found around here. Currently $12.50 at Sportsmans Warehouse. I don't reload so it's fine for my use, functions well in my Colt, goes bang, and makes big holes in paper.
