Copstock

Hi All,

My Copstock is too long. Anyone reduce the length? I think you can just pull it out and hacksaw to length...??

Might be too late, but I would not cut it.

Reason, if you look at the stock folded, the wire frame just barely clears the ejection port on the side of the gun. If you cut... lets say 1 inch, then the ejection port will be blocked by the wire frame. I may be seeing this wrong, but that is just what I think after looking at mine for a moment. Besdies I do not really know how the wire frame attaches to the stock all that well, that may also be a reason not to cut it.

Hopefully you have not put the blade to it yet. Sorry if you have.

Yes. On mine, it's just beyond the ejection port when folded. If you cut it, firing the gun when folded might bounce a shell off the stock and back into the port, jamming it.
