If you want to know how to post pics like this...
 Then go to www.photobucket.com, sign up, upload pics from computer , then go to album and under pic it will say "IMG Code" copy and paste in here, and there you go. |

how do I get that out of focus look?
I can't find that anywhere on the photobucket sight or in their edit the photo program.
