Anyone have experience with Buffalo Creek GC High Power training - Denver?

Buffalo Creek Gun Club, west of Denver has a series of High-Power training courses. In early September they will be having a 600 yd Prone course. The price is only $45 and they provide the guns and ammo so the price sounds great. I have never fired in High Power competition so I was wondering if this is OK for a first course. Also any info or opinions from anyone that has experience with this club or the course would be appreciated.

I've seen mention of Buffalo Creek there, but have never been to the range - I'm on the east coast. They apparently have a 600yd range and an active HighPower program. I think that they've been running these clinics for several years now.

$45 is reasonable, especially w/ a gun rental and ammo. It's probably a wash for the club, just a way to ensure they they're not losing money on the program.
