Rear Sight on Redhawk

Ok looked on Ruger's sight for a new version of my manual. No new information.

Searched on TFL for Changing Sights and either looked over it or didn't find it.

Question being, I have an easy time changing the front sight on my Redhawk, but I haven't a clue how to change the sight blade on the rear and cannot find any information how to do it.

I can back the windage screw completely out and attempt to push the notch up through the hole in the top of the sight holder, but I encounter resistance and am hesitant to proceed forcefully without some additional information.

Any help would be appreciated.
