GunVault Poor Quality/Customer Service - Pics/Review - Page 2

My power plug somehow got bent, (the female receiver, internal to the box itself) so I can't use the combo lock. Not sure where the keys went in the move. I tried to call GunVault customer service about replacing the key, so I can retrieve the S&W 65 that's in the GunVault, but was placed on perpetual hold by the automated system.

Does anybody know where to get replacement keys? I've given up on GunVault CS.

ML -- can you get to the pins for the power supply at all?

RsqVet, the pin internal to the socket is bent inside the GunVault receiver, so no.

FAS1, I have trouble viewing video while overseas. Will try to check it when I get home.
