A+ for Desertoutdoors.com
I ordered some fairly cheap grips for my J-frame from Desertoutdoors.com After 2 weeks without getting them, I emailed and they said they had a distributor delay and would be shipping them ASAP. About a week later, the grips came with a note saying that they didn't charge me to ship them and were sorry about the delay. They are OK in my book....
