P-14 vs. Model 1917 Firing Pins

are these interchangeable?

Maybe one firing pin could be fitted to the other rifle, but as made, the answer is NO. The differences are subtle but they are there; for example, the P-14 firing pin tip is smaller (the firing pin hole in the bolt is smaller).
