Deer Hunting in Camden ME

Anyone ever do any deer hunting in the Camden/Rockport Maine reigon? I've got a chance to hunt on my uncles land, and I'm wondering if it's worth the $100+ for an non-resident hunting permit. Before you ask, my uncle isn't a hunter, and doesn't live on the land, so he's not much help. Thanks!

I'm hunting either way. I just want to know if it worth the money and the six hour drive from up-state NY.
