300 wsm plinker load?

Does any one have any mild cast bullet plinker loads that might be practical in a 300WSM to use for practice plinking. Squibs would be ideal so we can get the gascheck out of the equazion, since theyd probably fall of in the case. Just want to practice without burning up the throat or getting a case of the trigger grab and snatches.
