FN P90 question

hey guys, I have seen a few pictures of FN P90's with longer barrels, as to not be considered SBR's I assume (correct me if I'm wrong). Also, the weapon was advertised as being semi-auto only. If instead of a flash hider, you used a crowned barrel, would that be a CA legal weapon if you used a ten round magazine? And is it considered to have a pistol grip? It's hard to tell to me. Thanks!
