Anyone shooting this rifle with a 60 grain bullet please let me know what powder would be best. I have 8 lbs of IMR 4895 and 12 lbs of H335. I'll use one or the other. Which would you prefer? Any ideas. I use fastex on my barrel and the bullets are treated so I'm not worried about dirty powder and such. ((Fastex is better than moly, don't want to start a fastex vs moly war here just my personal experience)). The 60 grainers (Vmax) will be used on prairie dogs. Just need help on choosing a powder for the heavier bullet.

Both of those powders are fine. I have used both in 223 with good luck. I also tried Varget and got better results shooting in high power matches. I don't know if you would find a big difference for prairie dog hunting.
