Another example of UPS screwing their customers. Since they have "gone public", one supposes that this is the way, or one of the ways they will support obscene bonouses for their top management.

Hate to disagree "UPS is a bunch of jerks" But they change their rates every Feb and have for the last 8 or 10 years. Its not politics its GREED
