lakefield mark 1 & 2

i have 2 lakefield .22LR the mark one a single shot and a mark2 a bolt action the single shot when i go to eject the shell the bolt comes right out now to my dismay my bolt action does the same thing. This must be a worn trigger i THINK can anyone tell me for sure?
