Fair price for a Walther P22.

I called a gun store today and requested the blue book value for a used Walther P22: they came back at between 200-280. I'm going to be selling it to a friend, so I wanted to make sure this price range is reasonable. My particular piece is in excellent condition; where do you think it falls in that range?

How can that be so high, when you can buy a new one for $330 + tax +ffl.

Thanks

You can buy a new one for $250. Where did $330 come from?

P-22

Saw one today at a pawn shop for 179.00. I could get it for a little less if I wanted it.

That's what I saw one down at a gun store for (the 330). It's in CA, so it is probably higher ( ) than most other states because of the ridiculous dance products are forced to endure.

I paid $289 for a NIB short barrelled P22 about a month ago. Just for reference, that's in Massachusetts.
