Large fiber optic sights
I fired a gun that had a fiber optic sight that was probably 4 inches long. The dot was amazingly bright and it was very easy to shoot with. Anyone know where to get one of these sights?

wacki,
I have the EasyHit sight in your first picture and love it. I looked at the TruGlo but liked the tube that would force me to have my head in the right position. (Otherwise, parallax can cause the same problem with a non-tubed optical sight as with a plain bead.) I ordered the 4-inch-long sight with the 2.5mm (smallest diameter) optic in red, put it on my Mossberg 590, and have not had a problem. The new SpecOps stock makes getting my head low enough a little tricky, but it works as well as before. I would not trade mine for anything less than a holographic sight. I ordered from www.tomknapp.net and it came in less than a week. Let us know what you decide on. Research |
