R.F. Wells Reloader

I recently bought a reloader, and it is a R.F. Wells. I've looked around the web and can't find any information on it. I'm leaning towards the maker might be a spin off of the old herter's reloader as both have the same dark brown baked on paint job and the handles are indentical. Any help with age? history? and value?

You may get a more accurate response in the reloading section. One forum up from mine.
