R.F. Wells Reloader
I recently purchased a R.F.Wells Reloader. Was wondering if anyone had any information on this relaoder. I'm leaning towards it being a spin off of a Herters reloader as both have the dark brown baked on paint job, and the handles are identical. I'm looking for years in production, value, any history?
