Which is better ammo?

Winchester Super X 158 gr Lead Semi Wad Cutter Hollow Point

I've been recommended the latter and carry the latter (Remington brand though) in my gun but haven't heard much about the former. Since it is the same weight can it have the same effect (you will note that they are out of Winchester LSWCHP and Remington I guess doesn't make .38 ammo anymore

Does the jecket on Magtech HP cut down on the expansion?
