anyone know of a .22lr target pistol under 200 dollars

Im looking for just a regular auto plinker, the cheapest ive found was a beretta neo for 350 but for that price I could almost get a cpo sig or a used Glock so does anyone know of a cheaper solution around 200 dollars? preferablly below

You should be able to pick up a Smith & Wesson 22A for around $200.

I bought a lightly used Ruger stainless 6" 22/45 last year for $200 on consignment. It came with some really nice target sights. Shot it for a while, got bored with it and sold it for the same price.

that may depend on the size of the target.

First there will be a price difference in a target pistol and a plinker. Also I have seen Neos that were quite cheaper. The used market will net you the best deals.

Although I don't go along with the Neo in that price range, if you do get a quality .22lr priced like that what you should get is a pistol in the same quality range as the Sig or Glock mentioned. The quality of the firearm has nothing to do with the chambering.

I have a Ruger 22/45 and bought it for around 225 new. I love it, great balance and sights.

The Beretta NEOS runs in the 249 dollar range at bass pro shops here...
Have you checked your local stores?

That being said what is a good cheap plinker 22lr. I really like the way the walter p22 looks but its pricey for a plinker. Im looking for a semi auto in a decent size (4" or longer barrel) something that looks and feels like a larger cal gun but cheap to shoot.

.22 auto

Get the S&W 22A - you won't regret it at all. Unbelievably accurate with open sights and with the already mounted rail a red dot is perfect. I kid you not, 10 shots at 25 yards in 1/8" - good luck
