Mitchell Arms .22

I recently purchased a Mitchell Arms "Trophy II" copy of a High Standard .22 auto. It has three small screws threaded in the bottom of the barrel in a straight line. Does anyone know the purpose of these screws? Weights? Accesory rail? Any info would be appreciated.

Marsh, those are for the barrel weights. But I guess you could use them to mount laser sights etc as well. George
