IMR-4198 in .30-06 w/.22-.308 sabot

Does anyone have a good starting load for the .30-06 with a 62g saboted .22 and IMR-4198 powder?

IMR4198 doesn't appear to be a powder that's suitable for sabots. In any case, the resulting accuracy isn't worth the expense or effort.
