I would like to remove the sights from my Browning HighPower. It's a MkIII with dovetail front. I have a nifty little gadget from Brownells that works wonders on REAR dovetail sights, but how about the front?

tanstaafl, I wouldn't expect the tool to work. Usually the rod that pushes the sight is too large for the smaller dovetail or the radius of the slide won't allow it to get a good purchase. Use a nylon drift to remove the sight and for the final movement in installing the new one. George
