You decoked the bolt which isn't a big deal to take care of.

no big deal

All you need to do is hold the bolt in one hand, and simply hold the shroud in the other and rotate it back. It may be a little bit tough at first, but grab both pieces tight and rotate the shroud with the cocking piece moving back to the cocked postion.
