Reloading room "sticky"

Hi. I think there should be a "sticky" on the reloading room page that describes the basics in getting started reloading your own ammo. A lot of people start threads to that effect, and usually get good answers, but it'd be a lot easier for them to just refer to a sticky. I know that you can't have a ton of sticky notes in each room, but I think this one would address a VERY common question.
I know that people could refer to the search function and be overloaded with info, but I still feel a sticky would be helpful.
