Shoulder holster under a shirt

Anyone ever tried this? I was thinking of a small auto (i.e. Glock 26 or Kahr) or a J-frame on the smallest shoulder holster you could get. Wear it over a t-shirt but under a loose button down shirt. Essentially, the same idea as Kramer's Confidant shirt/holster.

Buzz, I've done it and still do it many times. I've even worn my 1911's this way. A nice way to carry and under the left arm it is very hard to spot. Not the fastest, but seldom is it going to be a fast draw contest.

I used to do it with my S&W M-66 stubbie in a upside down Safariland rig. With the right shirt, it was not visible. If you wear a dress shirt get a heavy one with a little pattern, wear a tie but leave a couple of buttons unbuttoned.

I think Ken Null made a shoulder holster designed for this with a revolver several years ago. He may have one for semi-autos now as well.

Ken Null does.. Its called the USH I think, and is a variation of the City Slicker rig.

One of the ROs at the range I frequent used to carry a Desert Eagle concealed in such a manner (he's also a big fella).

Alessi has been known to make his Bodyguard shoulder rig with a Kydex loop on the off side that attaches to the belt but allows a tucked shirt. Have heard good reports. JLee

Works great as long as you don't mind sacrificing a few buttons practicing.

Sew velcro strip where your shirt buttons up.
Sew up the button holes and fasten the buttons permanently to the closed holes.
It's faster than trying to save your buttons.
