I have been following this forum for awhile but this is my first post. BTW, this is an excellent forum, lots of great information being shared. I currently have a HK USP 45 Tactical on order for duty use. It will need to be carried on a normal 2 1/4" duty belt. I have heard that even though the Tactical has a longer barrel length it will fit in any OPEN ENDED holster made to accept the full size USP 45. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Shadow,
Nylon or leather? Eagle will do nylon duty belt holsters that work nicely, I think it's the Mark VI. Safari-Land's SLS holsters are well made, in a psuedo kydex. If you need leather, try getting a hold of Ted Blocker in Portland, ORE. I talked with them at the SHOT show when the USP first came out and several guys I work with were trying to find holsters for the gun that would allow Condition 1 carry. They said they would make them on request. Check 6, Erick |

We are required to have both nylon and leather duty gear. I appreciate the information Erick, and I will get in contact with both Eagle and Mr. Blocker... Some other LEO's in my area are changing over to the HK tacticals as well, maybe we can get a quantity discount
Thanks again..
