Midway has a sale on spotting scope (USA or BSA)with red dot sight 27.99 is it any good or just a piece of junk? Was going toget one for informal 100yd. target shooting.

A friend of mine bought one of the BSA red dot sights from Midway. It wouldn't hold a zero, he had it replaced and the new one wasn't any better. Don't waste your money.
