Does anyone know of sources (hopefully online) for vests, jackets, fanny packs, etc. for concealed carry? Especially in 2X and 3X sizes?

For your IWB carry, what type of belt (or manufacturer) do you wear? Also, if your normal belt is a 34, do you order a 36 for IWB carry?

Every manufacturer has a different method of measuring. I tell my clients to just let me know the exact waist size and I'll ship a belt that's adjusted in size for a holster. BTW a Good belt does not have to be very expensive. A good belt will allow you to carry more comfortably all day. Visit my web site for a full selection of belts. ....Mark THG
