RCBS X-Sizer Die

Anybody used one of these? They sound too good to be true. Primarily interested in them for 220 Swift, 22-250, and 223. Do they size enough to feed through a fairly tight chambered AR15 ( only 223 applies here)? Do they really limit case growth, or just fool you into thinking this by having you trim .020 off case length at the start? Any feedback at all would be appreciated. Thanks, Andy

Yes, they work as described. I have ab x-die and use it primarily for reloads in my M1 Garand (.30/06). I have yet to trim any of the brass and I have several firings and resizings on them.

I've loaded several thousand rounds for my AR, using the X die. Works for me, just as advertised.
