Winchester model 94 year?

I know it's pre 64, because of the top eject. the serial no. is 1475xxx

Um, wouldn't a 94 made in 1965 also be top eject?

Anyway, according to this site:

any 94 numbered 1475000-1475999 was made between 1943 and 1948 with exact records not available. I doubt that any 94s were made between 1/42 and 8/45 since manufacturering would have shifted towards the war effort. Winchester was making things like Garands and M1 Carbines instead of Model 94s during this time.

Thanks, my buddy that owns the gun said the the pre-64's had top eject. So I was putting what he told me. Anyway thanks again.

If memory serves me correct, I'm pretty sure that pre-64 models where serial #'s starting with 270xxxx or lower.
