Why was this thread locked down? And why wouldn't the author want to live in Texas? Any gun owner should love this place over California.

Chick,

I don't know the thread that you're speaking of but the Staff here only locks a thread if they deem it OT, or goes against the rules of the board.

Instead of asking "why" in the open forums, Rich and Denny as well as the rest of the Staff have emails or PM functions that should be used
