Source for a laminated UZI stock?

Hi All, Say has anynody seen a beast such as this? I've been to the Vectorarms WEB site and they have solid wood rear stocks from IMI listed, and that's "on the list". But any laminated wood versions abvailable?

Just picked up a 45 conversion for the SMG, original IMI manufacture with 6 mags. Anybody got an idea about it's value, just wondering if I got a good deal or not. I paid $300 btw.
