Questions on an MP5-A3.

Well, how shall I start? I had a life changing experience last year. God has given me a second chance at life & now I have decided I must enjoy my life before I die.
I am interested in an MP5-A3.

For all the owners of MP5's out there, these questions are especially for you. I would like to join "The MP5 Club" but I am not sure what to look for?

1 - What should I look for & especially watch out for in a used MP5?

2 - How do I know who did the conversion (Vollmer, Fleming, Terry Dyer, etc...)?

3 - Whose conversions shall I not buy?

4 - Where can I go to determine the cost of each additional option (such as the 3 shot burst lower, the fake push pin lower, etc, etc...)?

5 - I don't know if $7,000 or $8,000 is a good deal. What can I expect to pay?

6 - How has the price of the MP5-A3 appreciated over the past 10 years? I am sure I would probably do better in a stock mutual fund.
