Help me locate an article?

Can anyone help me find an article that was on the last page of a past issue of SWAT, it was well written and dealt with the life of a bullet, as told by the bullet itself. It really spoke on the responsibility we have before we pull the trigger. I don't have access to past issues but would love to send the article to my Nephew who is a new LEO in SC.

Uh , please help me find an article in SWAT about bullet penetration on vehicles and BOATS! Believe it was by Chuck Taylor.

It had him getting shot by .308 ammo with a vest on!
