Links for info about IPSC/IDPA
HI All,
First post here. Many years ago while a teenager I did some match shooting, international 3 pistol type. After being away from shooting for some number of years thinking about trying practical pistol shooting such as IPSC/IDPA, I did a forum search but couldn't really wade through the hundreds of IPSC threads. Could anyone provide me with a few links to learning about these two organizations, also how one goes about getting instruction in this field. Presently have a sig p226 in .40 cal which will probably be what I start with. Thanks for the patience for reading this thread which has probably been asked a million times! Chris |

Thirty seconds on Google would have solved
your "problem," such as it was.
Here's the USPSA (IPSC) site: http://www.uspsa.org/ Your SIG should put you into Production Division with no problems.

HI,
Thanks for the links guys! I did find two chapters located not far from me (30 and 60 miles) so might be a good starting point! Chris |
