Turn OFF tips?

When ever my mouse slides over a thread title, a stupid pop-up tip appears, showing the first fews words of the post. Very annoying! Any way to turn OFF these tips in Netscape?

Holding down the <ALT> key while moving your mouse seems to keep them from popping up too.
