User ID #

Just out of curiosity, is the userid number the order that people registered at TFL. For example, would I be #4077, and would C.R.Sam be #2766?

Yes, the userid pretty much follows the sequence of people registering. There are some glitches in the numbering scheme, but by and large it is in the correct order.
