Kudos to Surefire!

I have a Surefire E2 that I carry.

I bent the clip to the point it wasn't functional and couldn't be fixed. I contacted Surefire after I couldn't find anyplace that sold them.

They sent an email back stating that they had put one in the mail to me.

I'm pretty impressed by that. No BS or anything.

You're right. They should provide that level of service for what they charge.

However, many makers don't and they still charge you through the nose (maybe not light makers, but cars, some guns, etc.)
